SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your item will be made on pre-order. This means the item will be made specially for you!
We will ship your item within two weeks after ordering. You'll receive a track and trace link in your e-mail when we ship your package.
The item will be shipped in an eco friendly package.
The shipping will take 3 to 14 workdays after receiving your track & trace.
All orders will be shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
Orders over €250 will get free worldwide shipping.
Expect to receive your order within 14 - 30 days. If you are not at home to receive your delivery a delivery attempt notice will be left and your order will be left at your local post office for collection. You will need photo identification to pick up your parcel.
International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.
At this time as a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic there are international delivery delays due to flight disruptions, cancellations, government restrictions and/or border closures.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will happily accept all items purchased from in their original, clean and unworn condition with all tags attached for a refund. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached. You have 7 days from the day you receive your item(s) to qualify for a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Sale items can not be returned
Do I have to pay for return shipping fees?
Yes, We are an environment friendly brand and therefore we would like to minimize our returns as much as possible. Please check the sizing and measurements before purchasing a product to avoid preventable returns. If you still want to return something we recommend reusing the packaging your order came in to lower your environmental impact.
The only exception is if there is a faulty product we will cover your postage costs.
What happens if my return gets lost or damaged?
We recommend choosing an insured shipping option, since you are responsible for your returns. If your package get lost or damaged while chosing insured shipping, you'll get compensated by the shipping company
If we receive an item that does not comply with this returns policy, it is ineligible for return and Pure has the right to refuse it. The customer will need to cover the full shipping costs to send it back to them.
